When life feels stuck, remember this...

Feeling trapped? Read this

“There’s no way this can work out.”

You’re stressing over something small -

but to you

it feels huge

You get that tight feeling in your chest like everything seems blocked

You try one thing

it fails

You try another

same result

And your mind starts whispering

“Maybe this is just not meant to happen.”

Since when did you need to see the way for Allah to make it?

when there’s no way, Allah creates one

Think of Musa ع

standing at the edge of the sea

Behind him -

Pharoah’s army

In front of him -

an ocean

From every direction

it looked impossible

But Allah said :

“Strike the sea with your staff.”

Musa ع didn’t question it

He didn’t say

“But Ya Allah

it’s just water.”

He took the step

And Allah split the sea into two

A way appeared where there wasn’t one a second ago

That’s what happens when we trust Al-Fattah -

The Opener

He doesn’t need the conditions to be right

He creates the conditions

Maybe your life right now feels like that moment before the sea opened

You’re standing there

facing something that looks impossible

A problem that has no solution

A prayer that’s gone unanswered for too long

A door that’s been locked no matter how many times you’ve knocked

But Allah never asked you to see the path -

He asked you to trust the One who builds it

He can open you heart after heartbreak

He can heal what you thought was permanent

He can send you an opportunity you didn’t even apply for

And sometimes

He’ll close every door you were relying on -

not to break you

but to make you realise that He is the only door that truly opens

We often say

“I’m waiting for Allah to make a way.”

But maybe

Allah is waiting for you -

to stop doubting

to stop clinging to your plan

and to take the first step in faith

Because the sea didn’t part until Musa ع lifted his staff

And sometimes

your “staff” might be :

  • sending the application even though you fear rejection

  • letting go of what’s hurting you, even if it feels like losing everything

  • making du’a one more time, even after years of silence

Every act of trust plants a seed

And Allah promises

“Whoever has taqwa of Allah, He will make for him a way out, and provide for him from where he does not expect.”

65:2-3

So when you feel stuck…

Ask yourself :

“What if Allah is preparing the way -

not denying it?”

Sometimes the waiting

the confusion

the silence -

it’s all part of the setup for your sea to split

So take your step

Keep praying

Keep believing

Because when Allah decides to open a path for you

not even an ocean can stand in the way

Allah will make a way - even if you can’t see it yet

What’s something you’ve been waiting for Allah to make a way in?

P.S. I share more like this on Threads and Instagram. Come say Salaam.

until the next letter,
